OneVis ("OneVis", "we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through onevismarketing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, call us, email us, or book a call, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, what services you are interested in, your approximate budget, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels from Google and Meta, to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
Information from third parties. Our Site embeds content from Instagram and may link to scheduling tools such as Calendly. Those services collect data under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry. By providing your number you agree to receive those messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us so. We do not sell phone numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
